Certified Industrial Steel Flanges in Egypt
Asia Steel is Egypt's leading supplier and fabricator of high-pressure industrial steel flanges. Sourced from certified international mills and manufactured under strict ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and EN 1092-1 standards for oil & gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, and power plant infrastructure.
Available Flange Types & Configurations
Weld Neck Flanges (WN)
Designed to transfer stress to the pipe, reducing high stress concentrations at the base. Ideal for high pressure, sub-zero, or high temperature applications in oil refineries.
- Standards: ASME B16.5, B16.47
- Pressure Ratings: Class 150 to 2500
- Sizes: 1/2" to 60" (DN15 - DN1500)
Slip-On Flanges (SO)
Slipped over the pipe and fillet welded both inside and outside. Offers lower material cost and easier alignment during piping assembly.
- Standards: ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1 Type 12
- Pressure Ratings: Class 150 to 1500, PN10-PN40
- Facings: Raised Face (RF), Flat Face (FF)
Blind Flanges (BL)
Used to seal the end of piping systems or pressure vessel openings. Frequently subjected to high mechanical stress due to system pressure.
- Standards: ASME B16.5, DIN 2527
- Pressure Ratings: Class 150 to 2500
- Materials: ASTM A105, A350 LF2, Stainless
Socket Weld & Threaded Flanges
Socket weld flanges are used for small-size high pressure pipes. Threaded flanges are suitable for low pressure lines where welding is prohibited.
- Sizes: 1/2" to 4" (NPT / BSPT threads)
- Standards: ASME B16.5, BS 3799
Spectacle & Orifice Flanges
Specialized piping components including spectacle blinds, paddle blinds, paddle spacers, and meter orifice flanges for flow measurement.
- Standards: ASME B16.48, ASME B16.36
- Jack Screw options available
Custom Pressure Vessel Body Flanges
Custom forged large-diameter flanges machined to customer shop drawings up to 3500mm diameter for heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
- Design: ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2
- Full UT / NDT testing certified
